Stunning views and friendly hosts
From the moment we arrived, the warmth of Ann and Dave was evident. Our room, complete with a lovely balcony, provided breathtaking views of the sunset. The breakfast was absolutely delightful and really set the tone for our day adventures in the Black Forest. We enjoyed the convenience of the honesty bar, which added a personal touch to our relaxation time after a long day of hiking.
On the downside, the nearest dining options were a bit of a trek. While it wasn't a dealbreaker, it meant we had to plan meals a bit more carefully. It would have been ideal to have restaurants closer by, especially after a long day exploring.

self-service bar, beautiful bathroom facilities, very nice views
Rooms lack proper lighting, outdated furniture needs replacement!!! WiFi claims are misleading yet usable!!! Guest toilets not cleaned daily is unacceptable!!! Long walks required for food options are impractical for a long stay!!!

i almost gave this place a good review for its lovely owner, but the shower cabin was disappointingly small, and honestly, a garbage can should be emptied daily. oh, and where’s my complimentary drink for putting up with the inconvenient location? i was not prepared to travel 10 km for food. utter ridiculousness.

we had a lovely stay at pension williams. the triple room was a decent size, clean, and had a comfortable bed. the breakfast was perfect, with fresh breads, meats, and cheeses to choose from. the honesty bar was a nice touch for late-night snacks after exploring the nearby hiking trails. the views from our balcony were just stunning! also, the restaurant hirsh was within walking distance where we enjoyed a great dinner.

Charming stay with a view!
The host was super friendly and made us feel right at home! The bed was surprisingly comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. The balcony view was just stunning! Only wish there were more food options nearby, since the nearest place took a bit of a trek. The packed lunches they offered were a nice touch, though!
